Dr. Gurram Gopal

My grandfather, Prof. G.V. Subbaramayya, served as the Principal of PBN College in Nidubrolu, A.P. He also served as the Head of the Department of English at V.R. College in Nellore, India. A famous writer of prose and poetry, in English and in Telugu, he translated the Indian Epic, Mahabharatha, from Sanskrit to English in poetic form. I draw my spiritual inspiration from him.
